DressDibbs.com™ (DressDibs) is to be used in a friendly and positive way.

1. Your use of DressDibs and the services it provides constitutes your legally binding acceptance of the Privacy and Terms of Use Agreement (Agreement) as stated, which may be modified at our discretion, as well as all applicable laws, rules and regulations. By accessing and/or using DressDibs site and or services, you, the "User", agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "visitor" (browsing DressDibs without being registered) or you are a "member" (you are registered with DressDibs).
2. User will not provide any false personal information in the creation of your DressDibs account, or create an account for anyone other than you without permission.
3. User will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security and privacy of your account.
4. User is legally responsible for any photographic or written Content (Content) that you post on DressDibs.
5. The following content is prohibited:
   • Nudity or partial nudity, pornographic or obscene Content.
   • Copyrighted material or photographs used without the express permission of the owner.
   • Content posted for any malevolent purposes, including libel, slander, defamation or harassment of any person, persons or entity.
   • Content that contains and/or transmits viruses, corrupted files, or any similar threat.
   • Photos other than those of special event dresses being posted to User's account/page for the purpose of getting User dibs on a dress.
   • Photos posted to BFF group photos that do not show the event dresses in full or include guys in the photo.
6. DressDibs reserves the right to continually review all Content, refuse to post Content or remove any Content, for any or no reason, that in the judgment of DressDibs may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten the well being or safety of any person or entity.
7. DressDibs does not assume responsibility for monitoring the site for inappropriate and prohibited Content and is under no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate or prohibited Content.
8. DressDibs assumes no responsibility for conduct, emotional or physical injury, disagreement, disappointment, pain, suffering, expenses or negative outcomes resulting from the posting of any Content, including but not limited to acceptable, approved, inappropriate or prohibited Content, or the user submitting any such content.
9. DressDibs reserves the right to terminate User access to the site upon our sole discretion and or for the violation of any terms of the Agreement.
10. DressDibs reserves the right to review, decline, edit, abbreviate or shorten written Content posted to "Oh No! She's Wearing My Dress.
11. DressDibs is not responsible for the loss, deletion, failure to store, incorrect or late delivery of any Content submitted to DressDibs.
12. By using the services of DressDibs you agree to indemnify, defend and hold DressDibs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by DressDibs as a result of any Content you (User) submit or transmit through DressDibs.
13. User agrees to take sole responsibility for any royalties or monies owed to any person by reason of any Content you post or transmit through DressDibs and/or the services we provide.
14. User agrees to use DressDibs at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the use of DressDibs is safe and/or secure.
15. DressDibs is not responsible for the actions, Content, information, data, product, store, services or merchandise of third parties described, featured, recommended or linked to by DressDibs. User releases DressDibs, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims and damages, known and unknown arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.
